Pastor Jacobs is available for supply preaching in the Southwest Ohio Mission District.  Doug is a retired ELCA pastor and lives in Tipp City, Ohio.  He is in full agreement with the theology and Core Values of The NALC and the NALC General Secretary Mark Chavez and Assistant to the Bishop David Wendel are in agreement about having Pastor Jacobs supply in our NALC congregations.

Navigators Grants:

These grants should be requested by Ohio congregations to the treasurer of the OMR and will be disbursed to those congregations with notification of the disbursement sent to the dean of the mission district in which the congregations reside.

The confirmation of congregations' participation in the Navigators program will be obtained by the OMR convener from the Navigators to ensure accountability.
